Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://gutterxhighland.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, GutterX markets and arranges Downspout Cleaning, Fascia Repair, Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Guard Installation, Seamless Gutter Installation, Soffit Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to GutterX and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. GutterX reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. GutterX makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of GutterX arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify GutterX from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. MI law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MI, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Term Changes. GutterX may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
